BREAKDOWN IN INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS – INTERSERVE WATERLOO

 

I am writing to you advise you that your colleagues at Waterloo station are currently in dispute with Interserve over a comprehensive breakdown in industrial relations. There have been several problems at Waterloo which management are refusing to address. These include the dismissal of six RMT members on spurious charges, the disregard of basic employment rights, the underpayment of wages and the continued bullying and harassment in the workplace.

 

To achieve workplace justice, your colleagues at Waterloo have already had two 24 hour strikes and will be taking further strike action on Friday 5^th and Saturday 6^th December 2014. I urge you all not to undermine this industrial action. Please do not volunteer for additional duties at Waterloo station on Friday 5^th and Saturday 6^th December 2014.
